A dash means we do not sell it, not that it is an upgrade. Anything marked quoted gets a fixed price in writing before any money moves.
When a task is active and we have the brief and access it needs, not when a payment goes through while your queue is full. Most small tasks (about 3–4 hours of work) are delivered in about two business days, Monday to Friday. Larger work is split into tasks or quoted.
Yes, without a count: we keep refining the agreed work until you are satisfied. On Studio a revision stays in the same active slot until you approve the task. New features, extra pages or a change in direction are scoped separately before we start them.
Yes. There is no long-term commitment: ask us to cancel and the plan stops renewing at the end of the month you have paid for.
We split it into queued tasks or quote it as a one-off. Site builds and migrations are always quoted.
