Each task is a small piece of work, agreed in writing before it starts. Rebuilds, migrations and custom apps are quoted separately; they are not the queue.
Before you ask
Straight answers
What counts as one task?
About 3–4 hours of expert work: a theme section, an app install, a landing page, a speed pass on one area. Bigger jobs get split or quoted — we tell you which before we start.
Do you work on my live theme?
No. Everything happens on a duplicate. You get a preview link, you decide whether to publish, and the original stays as a backup for 30 days.
What access do you need?
A Shopify collaborator account with only the permissions the job needs — never your password. Revoke it the moment the work is delivered.
What if the first delivery misses?
Tell us what to change. We keep refining the agreed work until you are satisfied; revisions to that work are included, and on Studio they stay in the same active slot.
My job is not on the list.
Describe it and a fixed quote comes back before any money moves. If it is not Shopify work, or we are not the right people for it, we say that instead of taking the job.
