Our work

Our work and delivery standards

What every Shopision job delivers, shown with labelled samples rather than client results. Measured outcomes appear here only when a client has documented them and agreed to share them.

The deliverable

Every job ends with something in your hands

Not a status update. These are the artefacts that come with the work, and they are written into each service page before you pay.

A preview link, before anything goes live

Theme work happens on a duplicate of your live theme. You see it on a preview URL and decide whether to publish. Your original stays untouched as a backup for 30 days.

A change log you can read

What was changed, file by file, and why. If a developer takes over next year they can follow it. Nothing is done inside a black box you cannot inspect.

Before and after, measured the same way

On speed work we test home, collection and product on mobile before and after, with the same lab method, labelled as lab results. Real-visitor data is reported separately, when it has had time to update.

Work checked by experts before you see it

An expert checks the changes and tests the store before you see them: add to cart, variants, cart, popups, mobile and desktop.

A written scope, before payment matters

Every fixed-price service lists what is included and — the part most agencies leave out — what is excluded. You know what you are buying before you buy it.

Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope

We keep refining the agreed work until you are satisfied. Revisions to that work are included; new features or a change in direction are scoped separately first.

A sample delivery, start to finish

How a job is recorded

A labelled sample, not a client case study. A client's case appears here only with their permission and their own figures.

The request

“The size picker has no size chart, and customers email to ask.”

The agreed scope

A size chart under the size picker on the apparel product template only; no other templates; the chart text supplied by the store.

What was delivered

One new section file and one block on the product template, on a duplicate theme, with a preview link and a change log.

The checks

Variants, add to cart and the cart on mobile and desktop; the chart opens and closes with the keyboard.

The date

Delivered with the change log; a real job's note carries its own delivery date.

Measured outcome

None claimed. A sample has no customers, and we do not invent results.

Straight answers

The questions people ask before they buy

Why are there no client logos or testimonials on this page?

Because we have not asked those clients for permission to use their brand as marketing, and we are not going to invent one. The brands above are named because they are real. When a client offers a quote in writing, it will appear here with their name on it.

Can you promise a PageSpeed score?

No, and nobody honest can. Shopify retired the Lighthouse speed score in 2024 because it does not represent real visits. We promise the checklist, a before-and-after lab measurement labelled as such, the real-visitor data to watch, and the rollback, not a number.

What if the work breaks something on the store?

Theme work happens on a duplicate, so the live store is never the workbench. If something is wrong after publishing, the original theme is still there and switching back takes a minute.

How fast, really?

Small fixed-price jobs are about two business days from the moment we have access and a clear brief. Some are same or next day. Larger work is quoted with a date before you pay, not after.

Ready to grow the store?

One fixed-price task, or ongoing help with Studio. Written scope, work checked by experts, unlimited revisions within the agreed scope.
