What happens the moment I pay?

You land inside your client area, signed in, with the job already in the queue. Checkout took your store URL and a line about the job; we confirm the scope with you before work starts.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. Each job has its own page listing what is included and what is excluded. If your version turns out to be bigger than the scope, we say so before starting and quote the difference.

What if I want changes?

Revisions to the agreed work are included: we keep refining it until you are satisfied. New features, extra pages or a change in direction are scoped separately before we start them.

Do you work on my live theme?

No. Everything happens on a duplicate. You get a preview link, you decide whether to publish, and the original stays as a backup for 30 days.

What access do you need?

A Shopify collaborator account with only the permissions the job needs — never your password. Revoke it the moment the work is delivered.

My job is not on this list.

Then describe it and a fixed quote comes back before any money moves. If it is not Shopify work, or we are not the right people for it, we say that instead of taking the job.
