How the queue works
Unlimited requests, unlimited in-scope revisions, limited work at once
Add requests to your queue whenever you need help. Lite works on one task at a time; Pro works on two. We agree what each task includes before starting, and revisions stay with that task until approved.

There is no cap on what you add. We work through the queue in your order of priority.
Revisions stay with their task
During your active subscription we keep refining the agreed task until you are satisfied. Revisions stay in the same active slot; the next queued task starts when a slot becomes available.
One or two tasks at once
Lite has one active task, Pro two. Bigger projects are split into agreed tasks or quoted separately, so a store rebuild or a custom app is not one task.
Examples of one task: a size chart under the size picker, one collection banner, one app configured to an agreed setup. We do not promise a number of tasks a month: it depends on how big each one is and how quickly briefs and approvals come back.

Each task is a small piece of work, about 3–4 hours, agreed in writing first. Most are delivered in about two business days from starting, Monday to Friday.

What counts as one task?
About 3–4 hours of expert work: a theme section, an app install, a landing page, a speed pass on one area. Bigger jobs get split into queued tasks or quoted separately — we tell you which before we start.
Who actually does the work?
Vetted Shopify specialists matched to each task, working to our written scope, with every delivery checked by Shopision experts before you see it. One company accountable — you never manage individual freelancers.
What if I don’t like the first delivery?
During your active Studio subscription, we keep refining the agreed task until you are satisfied. Revisions stay in the same active slot; the next queued task starts when a slot becomes available.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No long-term commitment: ask us to cancel at any time and the plan stops renewing at the end of the month you have paid for.
How is this different from an agency or a freelancer?
An agency usually sells larger projects or retainers; a freelancer is one person's time and skills. Studio is a monthly plan with a written scope for each task, one or two tasks in progress at a time, and every delivery checked by experts. For one big project, a quoted project fits better.
