What happens after I pay?
You land inside your client area, signed in, with the job already in the queue. Checkout took your store URL and a line about the job; we confirm the scope with you before work starts.
Do you touch my live theme?
No. Work happens on a duplicate. You get a preview link, you decide whether to publish, and your original theme stays as a backup for 30 days.
What if the job turns out to be bigger than the fixed price?
We tell you before starting and quote the difference. What we do not do is deliver half of it and call the scope a misunderstanding.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
Not on fixed-price work — you pay for one job. Studio has no long-term commitment: ask us to cancel whenever you want.
What access do you need?
A Shopify collaborator account with the permissions the job needs, and nothing more. Not your password. You can revoke it the moment the work is delivered.
