This is for you if
- Klaviyo is connected to your store and sends nothing — or one welcome email from 2022.
- Abandoned checkouts go unanswered.
- You want the flows written for your shop, not a template with your logo pasted on.
Welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back. The copy comes from our own Klaviyo Flow Vault, adapted to your products and voice; you approve it before anything is built.
Pay by card → a short intake form → scope confirmed before work starts.

Email 1, abandoned checkout — subject lines

Sound familiar?
Klaviyo is connected and sends nothing, or one welcome email somebody wrote in 2022.
Someone abandons a checkout with a full cart and hears nothing from you, ever.
The pre-built flows are live — with placeholder text in them.

What you get back
Not a status update — the things you can open, check and keep.
Welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back — triggers, filters, timing and exits set.
Adapted from our own Klaviyo Flow Vault to your products and your voice, not filler text in a nice layout.
Logo, colours, type and footer set once in a reusable template.
One page showing who gets what, when, and why they leave each flow.
How it runs
Your products, your voice, your offer policy (discounts or not), and read access to Klaviyo.
You read and approve the emails before anything is built.
Flows built in draft, test profiles pushed through each one, then an expert check.
Flows set live with your go-ahead, with the map and a note on what to watch in the first month.

$599
Fair questions
It has the wiring. The emails inside are placeholders, the timing is generic and the exits are loose — which is how people end up emailing a customer a discount the day after they paid full price. The value is in the words and the exits.
Abandoned-checkout and welcome flows are the two emails most stores never send. What they earn depends on your traffic and list, so we do not quote a number — we make sure they are sent, well.
You could, and if you are happy wiring flows, the Vault is enough. This job adapts the emails to your products and voice, sets the triggers, filters, timing and exits, builds a branded template, and tests every flow with test profiles before it goes live.
The offer, itemised
Safeguards
You approve the copy before the build, and nothing goes live without your go-ahead.
Questions
No. Invite us as a user with the access the build needs, and remove us when it is done.
Only if you want them. The brief asks for your offer policy first, and the flows are written to it.
We do, starting from the 42 emails in our own Klaviyo Flow Vault and rewriting them for your products and voice. You approve every email before it is built.
The date is set when the brief is in. Copy comes first for your approval; the build follows the approval.
Sending welcome and abandoned-checkout emails is the most reliable thing a store can do by email, but what they earn depends on your traffic and list. We do not quote a number.
Studio takes campaigns, new flows and everything else in the store as ordinary tasks — one flat monthly fee.
Two ways this goes
Klaviyo stays connected and quiet: no welcome, no abandoned-checkout email, nothing after the first order.
Five automated flows your store should already be running, written for your shop, built in Klaviyo and tested. $599.
