This is for you if
- You have a spreadsheet, a supplier export or a folder of photos and a store with nothing in it.
- You are moving a small range from a marketplace and want it listed properly, variants and all.
Send the spreadsheet, the supplier export or the folder. We map it to Shopify's fields, build variants as variants, load everything in draft, and check every product against your source before you publish.
Pay by card → a short intake form → scope confirmed before work starts.

Check sheet: 2 products in your source have no image — listed, not guessed.
Is this for you?

Sound familiar?
The supplier sent a spreadsheet with 40 columns and none of them match Shopify's.
Sizes and colours ended up as separate products, each with its own page.
You spend every evening copying and pasting instead of selling.

What you get back
Not a status update — the things you can open, check and keep.
Title, description, images, price, compare-at price, SKU, barcode, weight, inventory, tags, vendor and type — whatever your source has.
Size, colour and material as real options with their own price, SKU and image, not as separate products.
Products placed in the collections you name, and a sheet listing every product with anything missing from your source.
How it runs
A spreadsheet, a CSV or a folder. We read it and send back the questions before starting, not after.
Your columns mapped to Shopify's fields, products created in draft so nothing goes live half-finished.
Against your source: prices, variants, images. The check sheet lists anything your source did not have.
Or tell us to. Nothing appears in your storefront until you say so.

Fair questions
You could, and some of those listings will be fine. What you are buying here is the check: every product compared with your source before it goes live, variants built as variants, and drafts until you approve.
You can, if your file already matches Shopify's template. Most supplier exports do not, and variants are where it goes wrong: sizes and colors land as separate products. The job is the mapping and the product-by-product check against your source.
We send questions before we start, and anything your source is missing goes on the check sheet, product by product. We upload what your source has; we do not invent what it lacks.
Safeguards
If what we load does not match your source, we correct it.
Questions
Anything readable: a spreadsheet, a CSV, a supplier's export, even a folder of photos with a price list. We send questions before we start if something is ambiguous.
No. Everything is loaded as a draft, so nothing half-finished appears in your store. You publish when you have looked.
Not in this job — it uploads what you give us. Copy is a separate, quoted job, because good product copy takes longer than the upload.
Then ask for a quote. The price is per batch and falls as the batch grows; it is never an hourly rate.
A Studio plan takes new batches as ordinary tasks, along with everything else the store needs.
Two ways this goes
The spreadsheet stays a spreadsheet, and the launch date moves again.
Up to 50 products, listed properly — variants, images and all — and checked against your sheet. $149.
