ShipHero provides warehouse management and fulfilment software and services connected to Shopify orders.

Standard setup boundaries
A standard setup is one app on one store: installation, the settings in your brief and placement on a duplicate theme where ShipHero has a storefront element. Data migration, custom code and integrations across several apps are quoted separately before work starts.
Access, timing and fees
We work through a Shopify collaborator request and, if needed, a staff login you create in ShipHero, never your password. A standard single-app setup (Install One App, $129) usually takes about two business days once access is in place. ShipHero's own subscription is billed by ShipHero and is separate from Shopision's service fee.
Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Shopision is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ShipHero.

Fix Shiphero when it stops working
One broken thing — a widget that vanished after a theme update, a script loading twice, a conflict with another app — reproduced first, fixed on a duplicate theme, and the cause written down.

Capture what the order needs
A gift message, a delivery note or an engraving line that reaches the order and the packing slip — theme code, not another app.

Add the one product field fulfilment asks for
One line-item property on the product page, saved to the order and printed on the slip.

Remove Shiphero cleanly, or move off it
Uninstalling an app does not remove the code it added to your theme. We take out what Shiphero left behind; moving its data to a replacement app is quoted first.

- The store URL, and what you want the app to do — or what it does that it should not: the page, what you expected, what happened, a screenshot.
- Your plan for the app. Some features need a paid plan; if yours does not have one, you hear that before you pay.
- If the app has its own dashboard, a staff login you invite us to. Never a shared password.
From us
- A Shopify collaborator request scoped to themes and apps. We do not need customer, order or payment data unless the job is about them.
- A written scope and a price, or the checkout for a fixed-price job, before any work starts.
- A preview link and a short note of what changed. Your original theme stays as a backup for 30 days.
Straight answers
Before you ask
Do you work for Shiphero, or with them?
No. Shopision is an independent Shopify team — not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by Shiphero's developer. We work with the app on your store the way your own developer would, and for anything inside the app's own code we tell its support team exactly what is wrong.
Do you need access to my store?
A Shopify collaborator request scoped to themes and apps — never your password, and never send one to anyone who asks. Revoke the access the moment the work is delivered.
How long does it take?
Install One App lists about 2 business days. A fix gets its date once we have reproduced the problem. Anything larger — a migration, several apps working together — gets its date in the written quote, before you pay.
What if it cannot be fixed?
Then we say so, and you keep the diagnosis. If the fault is inside Shiphero itself we cannot change their code, but the diagnosis is usually what gets it fixed when you send it to them.
Is the app's subscription included?
No. An app's plan is billed by its developer and is separate from our service fee. Our price is for the work.
What if Shiphero is the wrong app for this?
We say so before we install it — that is cheaper for both of us than installing it twice. Apps also get renamed, merged or retired; if Shiphero no longer does what you need, moving to a replacement is quoted first.
