Install and configure Skio
Subscription plans and discounts modelled before anything is switched on. Customer portal branded and the swap, skip and cancel paths tested. Migration from an older subscription app planned so nobody's billing date moves.

Fix Skio when it stops working
One broken thing: a widget that vanished after a theme update, a script loading twice, a conflict with another app. We reproduce it first, fix it on a duplicate theme and write down the cause.

Move subscribers between apps
Moving subscriptions from one app to another means billing dates, payment methods and customer portals, so it is quoted first, and nobody's billing date moves without a plan.

Remove Skio cleanly, or move off it
Uninstalling an app does not remove the code it added to your theme. We take out what Skio left behind; moving its data to a replacement app is quoted first.

- The store URL and what you want the app to do. If something is wrong, the page, what you expected, what happened and a screenshot.
- Your plan for the app. Some features need a paid plan; if yours does not have one, you hear that before you pay.
- If the app has its own dashboard, a staff login you invite us to. Never a shared password.
From us
- A Shopify collaborator request scoped to themes and apps. We do not need customer, order or payment data unless the job is about them.
- A written scope and a price, or the checkout for a fixed-price job, before any work starts.
- A preview link and a short note of what changed. Your original theme stays as a backup for 30 days.

Before you ask
Do you work for Skio, or with them?
No. Shopision is an independent Shopify team, not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by Skio's developer. We work with the app on your store the way your own developer would. For anything inside the app's own code, we tell its support team exactly what is wrong.
Do you need access to my store?
A Shopify collaborator request scoped to themes and apps, never your password. Never send a password to anyone who asks. Revoke the access the moment the work is delivered.
How long does it take?
Install One App lists about 2 business days. A fix gets its date once we have reproduced the problem. Anything larger, such as a migration or several apps working together, gets its date in the written quote, before you pay.
What if it cannot be fixed?
Then we say so, and you keep the diagnosis. If the fault is inside Skio itself we cannot change their code, but the diagnosis is usually what gets it fixed when you send it to them.
Is the app's subscription included?
No. An app's plan is billed by its developer and is separate from our service fee. Our price is for the work.
What if Skio is the wrong app for this?
We say so before we install it, which is cheaper for both of us than installing it twice. Apps also get renamed, merged or retired; if Skio no longer does what you need, moving to a replacement is quoted first.
